Upon entering you will find yourself in the grand entrance hall. The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comprising of 2 master bedrooms both with American king size beds and full en-suite facilities, (1 of the en-suites has direct access to the outside pool area). Both the masters have 32 flat screen TVs fully fitted. The further bedrooms are both twin rooms serviced by the 3rd bathroom nestled in between; they also have TVs fitted, with the 4th bedroom having a Play Station 2 installed.

The family room is very spacious and comfortable and to make full use of your leisure time there is a 42 fitted flat screen TV with a surround sound DVD system and CD player. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped to make for a relaxed and easy approach to food preparation having all standard utensils/appliances. The dining room has full excess onto the large Lanai allowing easy use of the outside dining area.
The south facing extended pool area includes the large pool with spa/Jacuzzi allowing hours of fun for the whole family, included for you comfort are sun loungers and patio furniture. The pool area has a child safety fence that can be folded away when no children are present.

There is a family games room which has large ceiling fans to maintain a cool atmosphere complete with a large pool table, air-hockey table and a fuss ball/table football machine.
The villa is fully serviced and ideally would suite a 2 family or an extended family sleeping up to 10 people. Included for your convenience if required is a crib/cot, high chair and stroller/buggy and the large sofa can convert into a double bed. All the linen and towels are provided along with a large laundry room, allowing you to re-fresh your belongings as required.
